I have always held a deep fascination with the face and how we as a society view aging, and I hope to show how effective Holistic Rejuvenation practices can be when properly applied. By treating the body and the face together, we can dig deep into what we may be holding, what perhaps no longer serves us - We can make true and lasting change on both a physical and emotional level.  

By combining my education as a Registered Acupuncturist and extensive training in Facial Work, I provide specialized offerings in Facial Acupuncture, Massage, Gua Sha, Microneedling and Skincare that go much deeper than the skin itself. With a holistic approach using Clean, high performing Skincare, I deliver not only results but an experience.

For General Acupuncture my intention is to calm the nervous system and restore balance. If you are experiencing high stress or anxiety levels, emotional imbalances, processing grief or finding the new normal during pregnancy or post-partum, I offer you a safe and supportive space.
